Leaving the village of San Sigismondo (east side) the street start to rise . Before the Gisser Hotel there is a street bump. The rise is not difficult like at “Kniepaß” but the street bump is quite big. On the street side there is a little Chapel named “dal Rastbichler”. Jakob Rastbichler was a council and Church benefactor . In the year 1802 he buid up a little Chapel near hes house . The label on the top of the entrance door inform that was a private family and family servant Chapel. The Altar like many other beatiful paints in the Church are opera of J.Renzier. the Altar show the “La Visitazione di Maria”. Jakob Rastbichler died in the year 1863 and San Sigismondo village story narrate that he was use to pray with his family each evening in the family Chapel. At the beginnig the Chapel site was a Stop over for travellers . Today the Chapel is in a really bad condition may be even for the nearest with the new and luxury Hotel “Rastbichler”. The little Chapel look like one obstacol to the road traffic and more than one has already considered to remove it. This thought is the symptom of the changing of human moral value .For the maggiority of the people the religon have to step back or to hide hersef in front of miserable human value like money, business, road traffic and tourism.
