The group of the Volunteer Firebrigade of Alto Adige is organised according to the regulations of the Volunteer Firebrigade Corps approved by the Provincial President (Law 18 August 2004, no. 10/26.0), from the Provincial Law no.15, 18 Decenber 2002. (Regulation of the Fire and Civil Protection Authority).The law states that the Volunteer Firebrigade Corps guarantees the protection of people and objects through the prevention and extinction of fires, and in general supplying technical assistance.The Corps is also a fundamental component of the civil protection operative structure. The Volunteer Corps gives its service to the council, free of charge, creating among its members a sense of loyalty and a respect for its commitments. It is important to underline, admire and respect the character of the Volunteer Corps for the service that they give to the Community.The sacrifice of their personal freetime is repaid with the success of the fire protection action saving both people and objects. Who joins the Volunteer Firebrigade Corps is enthusiastic to help the community and each time that the fire alarm rings, you can see this enthusiasm. Who ever has the possibility to see an intervention is impressed by their team spirit and efficienty.
